CENE A TEMA (Italian for thematic menu) is a menu in osteria Pantagruel devoted to a particular region. The chief Costantino Passalacqua and sommelier Maxym Kruchko pick up significant products, recipes, and wines from each of the provinces of Italy.
Let's start with Campania, and so there will be a lot of seafood, light meats and vegetables. Accompanied by wine by the glass from Colli di Lapio, whose Fiano di Avellino DOCG is one of the five best white wines in Italy.
