Grano has been certified by the International The True Neapolitan Pizza Association (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana).

The Association is a non-profit organization, the right to be a member is impossible to buy. Its purpose is to protect the traditions of Neapolitan pizza and to prevent speculation associated with the use of the “true Neapolitan Pizza” brand. The applicant for membership has to meet several requirements: stove, ingredients, cooking technology and baking pizza, pizzaiolo master qualities.
We did it. Our certificate number is 678. From now on, there are two restaurants in Ukraine that prepare vera pizza napoletana - ours and ours (Napule was certified in 2008).
